3, often check the quality of oil, timely detection of oil deterioration, replacement of new oil, to ensure that the Roots vacuum pump works properly.
4、Generally, Roots vacuum pump should be inspected after 2000 hours of work to check the aging degree of rubber sealing, check whether the exhaust valve is cracked, and clean the dirt of the valve plate and exhaust valve seat in order to clean the whole Roots pump chamber parts, such as the rotor, rotor, spring and so on. Generally clean and dry with gasoline. Wipe the rubber with a dry cloth to dry it. When cleaning and assembling, put it gently with care and scrape it carefully.
5, Roots bearing to the bearing body lubricating oil, observe the oil level should be in the middle line of the oil, timely replacement or add lubricant.
6、Check whether the pipes and joints of Roots vacuum pump are loose, manually rotate Roots vacuum pump and observe whether it is flexible.
7、It should be reassembled after test run and the oil should be replaced twice after 2 hours. As a result of cleaning Roots vacuum pump will leave a certain amount of volatile content to operate normally, and then put into normal operation.
8、Start the motor. When the Roots vacuum pump is running normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and input Roots vacuum pump. If the corresponding pressure is displayed, gradually open the gate valve and check the motor load.
9, try to control the flow and head of Roots vacuum pump in the range shown on the label to ensure that the Roots vacuum pump is running to achieve a great energy-saving effect.
